	As part of the project "Assessing and Addressing the Politicization of Business", funded by the John Templeton Foundation, we are seeking a Research Assistant to support the implementation of the project’s academic and scientific activities. This project aims to analyze the ethical, economic, and social implications of the growing politicization of business, and to develop practical tools for business leaders, policymakers, and management students.
This is a fixed-term position of 18 months, starting in November or December 2025. Part-time contract : 4/5 days worked (30h worked per week)
The position is based on our Clichy Campus. 
 
	Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing academic events related to the grant:
 - The Philosophy of Management Annual Conference
- Annual workshops
- Coordination of visiting scholars and events
 
- Contribute to research support, including data collection and reporting.
- Provide general administrative and logistical assistance related to the grant’s activities.
Career Development:
The research assistant will be supported in preparing for doctoral studies or entering the academic/professional job market upon completion of the grant period.
 
	Profile:
- A completed Master’s degree (MA or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (essential requirement).
- A strong interest in business and politics.
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and ability to organize and collaborate with the team of scholars involved in the John Templeton Foundation project (Georgetown University and Florida Atlantic University).

Compensation and benefits:
- Annual gross remuneration : €30 000 to €35 000 (on 12 months)
- Restaurant card with 10€ credited per day worked (employer covers €5,25 per day)

- Up to 100€ per year for sustainable mobility after 6 months of seniority
