	As part of the 2025 project "Assessing and Addressing the Politicization of Business", funded by the John Templeton Foundation, we are seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct and publish high-quality research on the topic of business politicization. The successful candidate will collaborate with an international team of scholars from Georgetown University and Florida Atlantic University, and contribute to the organization and delivery of academic events and project reporting.
This is a fixed-term full-time Post-Doctal position starting in January or February 2026. The contract will end at the end of the research project in June 2028.
The position is based on our Clichy (Paris) Campus. 
 
	Responsibilities:
• Conduct and publish high-quality research on the topic of “Politicization of Business”.
• Collaborate with the team of scholars involved in the John Templeton Foundation project (Georgetown University and Florida Atlantic University).
• Contribute to the annual reporting and the organization and delivery of academic events, including:
o The Philosophy of Management Annual Conference
o Annual research workshops
o Coordination of research visits and exchanges.
Career Development:
The postdoctoral researcher will be supported in becoming competitive for the academic job market upon completion of the grant period.
 
	Profile:
• A completed PhD (or defense scheduled before the start date) in Management, Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, or a closely related field.
• A strong doctoral dissertation demonstrating research potential in business and politics.
• Evidence of research productivity appropriate to career stage (e.g., publications, working papers, conference presentations).
• Demonstrated interest in interdisciplinary research, particularly at the crossroads of management and philosophy or political economy.
• A strong command of quantitative research methods is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international academic environment.

Compensation and benefits:
- Annual gross remuneration : €40000 - 42 000 (on 12 months)
- Restaurant card with 10€ credited per day worked (employer covers €5,25 per day)
- 206 days worked per year i.e. 30 days of annual leave per year + 16 rest days (up to 46 days off in total)
- Up to 4 days of remote work per week 
- Reimbursement of 50% of your public transport susbcription 
- Up to 100€ per year for sustainable mobility after 6 months of seniority
- Health coverage (mutuelle) covered at 62% by EM Normandie 
- Additional pension insurance after 1 year of service 
- International candidates will benefit from relocation support to settle in France
