Supply Chain and Digital Management Department - Assistant, Associate or Full Professor M/F
	The faculty member will actively contribute to the visibility and impact of their field of teaching and research, and will support the development of EM Normandie’s academic reputation both nationally and internationally.
 
	Faculty members at EM Normandie are expected to:
- Teach across various programs (Bachelor, Master, MSc, DBA), in French and/or English, both in-person and online.
- Design and develop innovative teaching content aligned with the evolving needs of management education and industry.
- Actively contribute to research within the Métis Lab, through publications in peer-reviewed academic journals, collaborative projects, and partnerships with socio-economic stakeholders.
- Participate in the academic life of their department and in cross-functional initiatives within the school (committees, juries, course coordination, etc.).
- Engage in the school’s societal mission, particularly through actions related to sustainability, inclusion, and social innovation.
 
	We are looking for candidates with the following profile: 
- PhD in a field related to management sciences.
- Ability to teach and develop courses at various levels (in English and/or French).
- Proven capacity to publish in peer-reviewed international academic journals (ABS, ABDC, FNEGE rankings).
- Willingness to contribute to the development and academic life of the school.
- Priority will be given to candidates whose research aligns with the school’s strategic research areas and who have international experience.
- Profiles with a focus on sustainability, CSR, and/or societal issues are of particular interest.
